1. Coaching Disclaimer

Bree provides career coaching services designed to support, guide, and empower you in your job search and professional development. However, she does not guarantee specific job offers, employment outcomes, or results. Success depends on individual effort, engagement, and external factors beyond our control.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the website booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • All prices are listed in [AUD/USD/etc.] and may be subject to change with notice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or incur a fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of coaching as a time-based, personalized service, no refunds will be provided once a session has taken place.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a session, please reach out so we can work together on a resolution.

5. Confidentiality

  • All coaching sessions are confidential. Bree will not disclose any information shared during sessions without your written consent, unless required by law.

  • You are responsible for your own confidentiality when participating in group sessions or using public platforms.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Coaching is a collaborative process. You agree to be open, honest, and proactive in your sessions.

  • Bree is not responsible for decisions you make based on coaching discussions or materials.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided on this website or during sessions (worksheets, guides, templates, etc.) is the intellectual property of Bree unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website or its content.

  • We may update or modify website content and terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
